Aziza Zahran - Delivering a Positive Support Environment for Youth

Aziza Zahran is an established youth specialist in Syracuse, New York. Experienced in crisis interventions, Aziza Zahran has extensive knowledge of trauma-informed care. She is proficient in alcohol and substance abuse services and engages youth with serious life and behavioral issues through Catholic Charities. She collaborates with family members and state agencies to provide pathways to rehabilitation, social services, education, and medical care. Ms. Zahran was previously an office manager with Syracuse Recovery Services and set in place a harm reduction model for patients with substance abuse issues.
